Develop and execute external communications and media relations to translate clinical and operational work into human-centered narratives. Create messaging frameworks, press materials, op-eds, and executive talking points; build journalist relationships across a multi-state footprint; support thought leadership, change communications, and cross-functional initiatives to elevate Aspire's reputation in human services and behavioral health.

Assess students' reading skills, design and implement individualized intervention plans aligned with IEPs, provide direct multisensory reading instruction (phonics, fluency, comprehension), monitor progress, participate in IEP meetings, coach staff on literacy best practices, and maintain an inclusive, structured learning environment.

Lead Aspire's training function to align learning with quality, compliance, and operations. Develop learning strategy, prioritize needs using data, design curricula and field-based training, oversee onboarding, ensure accessible training, track compliance, evaluate outcomes, and manage a Training team while partnering cross-functionally to support multi-site human services programs.
