Provide frontline IT help-desk support by answering tickets and calls, troubleshooting hardware and software (remote and onsite), managing user accounts, using Intune for PC deployments, replacing faulty or leased assets, recording tickets, handling warranties, and escalating complex issues to tier-two support.

Lead daily operation and maintenance of terrain parks and halfpipe, design park features with Google SketchUp, supervise and train park crew, ensure safety, operate small machinery, coordinate with Ski Patrol, and support event setup/breakdown.
