Manages the owner experience for luxury residences by handling reservations, vacation selections, rental program education, revenue reporting, owner communications, and issue resolution. Builds strong owner relationships, coordinates requests across property departments, supports owner events, maintains accurate reservation records, and serves as Manager on Duty weekly. Requires hospitality, resort, property management, or customer service experience, with reservations knowledge preferred.

Coordinates food orders between the kitchen and dining room, ensuring correct preparation, timing, presentation, temperature, and delivery. Assists with final dish preparation, kitchen organization, sanitation, cleaning, food delivery rotation, and guest-service issue resolution. Requires communication with kitchen and waitstaff, ability to work under pressure, and physical capacity to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. This is a seasonal full-time hospitality role.

Cleans, sanitizes, stores, and organizes dishes, silverware, glassware, cookware, kitchen equipment, storage areas, and surrounding facilities. Leads daily operations for the children’s ski and snowboard school, supervising and scheduling Pros and indoor staff, maintaining guest service standards, monitoring on-hill performance, and managing recognition, performance, and disciplinary processes. Provides mentorship and certification guidance, supports sales, reservations, payroll, and safety initiatives, investigates unauthorized teaching, collaborates across departments, and contributes to end-of-season planning and evaluation.

Operates and maintains snow cats and Zaugg pipe cutters to groom terrain parks and construct competition-standard super and mini pipes. Performs equipment checks, maintains safe grooming patterns, supports park builds and feature setups, and assists with event venue construction and snowmaking operations. Trains entry-level and advanced park groomers in pipe-cutting techniques while following safety procedures in demanding mountain conditions.

Supervises daily alpine race and competition operations across Snowmass and other mountains. Responsibilities include racecourse setup and maintenance, event coordination, inventory and budget management, staffing, team leadership, employee performance management, and collaboration with mountain operations, guest services, schools, and events teams. The role also supports business growth, sanctioned race events, and seasonal planning while working outdoors in physically demanding winter conditions.

Supports the Front Office Manager with daily hotel front desk operations, room inventory and revenue optimization, scheduling, payroll reporting, staff supervision, coaching, training, guest service, complaint resolution, and Manager on Duty responsibilities. Coordinates with hotel departments on groups, VIPs, and individual guests while maintaining service, safety, and brand standards.

Supports hotel housekeeping by cleaning public and back-of-house areas, distributing linens and supplies, transporting soiled linens and trash, restocking storage areas, fulfilling guest requests, assisting with deep cleaning, reporting maintenance or safety issues, and following hotel cleanliness, safety, and chemical-handling standards.

Provides mountain safety and emergency response across assigned ski terrain. Patrols conditions, manages hazards, signage, trail openings and closures, conducts end-of-day sweeps, responds to medical incidents, coordinates injured-guest transport, supports lift evacuations and avalanche mitigation, operates dispatch communications, and manages snow surfaces. Requires advanced skiing ability, CPR and OEC or Colorado EMT certification, strong judgment, communication skills, physical stamina, and availability for outdoor work, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

Manages year-round winter and summer trail operations, including grooming, maintenance, crew scheduling, training, budgeting, safety compliance, equipment coordination, capital planning, and environmental stewardship. Oversees trail projects, erosion control, special-event preparation, GPS-based grooming optimization, hiring, performance management, and compliance with National Forest Service and stormwater requirements. The role works in demanding mountain conditions and requires strong leadership, operational, mechanical, and communication skills.
