Provide curriculum and instructional leadership across a multi-campus autism-specific school. Coach and develop teachers and aides, lead educational initiatives, support student wellbeing using the Aspect Approach, build family and community partnerships, contribute to the Learning Support Team and undertake classroom teaching as required.

Provide tailored in-school support for students on the autism spectrum, implement Individual Learning Plans, assist transitions to mainstream settings, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure student wellbeing and goal achievement.
