Leads the organisation’s technology and digital function, developing technology strategy, governance and transformation roadmaps. Oversees IT operations, service management, cybersecurity, privacy, identity and access management, enterprise applications, data, AI and infrastructure modernisation. Manages technology portfolios, budgets, vendors and multidisciplinary teams while partnering with executives and business leaders to deliver measurable organisational outcomes.

Leads implementation of Aspect’s Autism Plan and Working in Partnership Charter. The role facilitates autistic advisory groups, coordinates lived-experience co-production, supports strategic consultation, develops accessible resources, promotes partnership practices, and monitors and reports on cultural improvement outcomes across the organisation.

Leads the national Positive Partnerships program through 2029, overseeing strategic direction, government relationships, contract delivery, financial performance, governance, risk, quality, evaluation, stakeholder engagement and a geographically dispersed team. The role ensures evidence-informed, inclusive outcomes for autistic students, families and educators while managing organisational resources and compliance obligations.
