Provide IT helpdesk support, troubleshoot laptops, accounts, passwords, and applications, and install and update authorized software. Maintain IT asset and software license inventories, coordinate asset maintenance with vendors, and proactively assess systems for stability. The role also requires adherence to organizational processes, compliance requirements, and collaboration with various teams to resolve technology needs.

Leads pharmaceutical competitive intelligence and market research engagements, supporting C-suite decision-making through secondary research, scientific literature reviews, quantitative and qualitative analysis, market assessments, pipeline and clinical trial analysis. Manages client relationships, develops analytical frameworks and strategic recommendations, creates executive presentations, oversees delivery quality and risk, and leads and develops analyst teams.

Manages end-to-end lateral recruitment, including role scoping, sourcing, resume screening, initial interviews, interview coordination, offer negotiation, candidate communication, and onboarding follow-through. Partners with hiring managers and senior leadership while maintaining recruitment pipeline metrics, stakeholder updates, and accurate applicant tracking system records. Requires experience recruiting for analytics, market research, consulting, data science, or related knowledge-services roles, with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
