Review and supervise tax work across individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and nonprofit engagements; run smaller engagements end-to-end; serve as primary client contact; research and document tax issues; coach and develop 2–4 staff; partner on planning, budgeting, and quality initiatives; support business development and process/technology improvements.

Lead the Accounting Services team, oversee workflow and client deliverables, review accounting and payroll work, coach staff, manage workloads and deadlines, support process improvements, and assist department leadership with reporting and profitability.

Manage and review tax engagements for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and nonprofits; prepare and review tax returns; advise clients on tax planning; supervise and mentor 2-3 staff; stay current on tax legislation; collaborate on process improvements and maintain technical excellence.
