Serve as the firm's primary technical tax resource, review 450-550 returns annually, manage and develop 1-2 tax managers, maintain client relationships, sign off on returns, and collaborate on technical and process improvements with leadership.

Manage and review a wide range of tax engagements (individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, nonprofits). Prepare and review tax returns, advise on tax planning, supervise and mentor staff, serve as primary client contact, research tax issues, and collaborate with firm leadership on engagement execution and process improvements.

Review and supervise tax work across individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and nonprofit engagements; run smaller engagements end-to-end; serve as primary client contact; research and document tax issues; coach and develop 2–4 staff; partner on planning, budgeting, and quality initiatives; support business development and process/technology improvements.
