Analyze customer, operational, and construction-domain needs for Asite’s CDE product. Translate findings into structured requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog items, and measurable outcomes. Conduct client discovery through interviews, workshops, and workflow reviews; apply JTBD principles; support prioritization and backlog readiness; and clarify requirements during Agile delivery. The role also considers information management, ISO 19650, integrations, data flows, governance, and construction workflows while partnering closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders.

Provide customer support through email, chat, and phone; troubleshoot SaaS application issues; manage support tickets within SLAs; escalate complex problems; document resolutions; guide customers on product features; collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success; monitor customer satisfaction; and contribute to knowledge-base and process improvements.

Lead end-to-end UX and product design for complex enterprise SaaS workflows, from research and discovery through delivery. Create user journeys, information architecture, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, prototypes, and design systems. Conduct user research and usability testing, apply AI-assisted design practices, ensure WCAG accessibility, collaborate with product and engineering teams, support Agile delivery and design QA, and present solutions to customers and stakeholders.
