Represent immigrant and low-wage workers through strategic litigation, direct legal services, policy advocacy, and community partnership. Develop impact litigation and class actions, support worker-led campaigns, provide court and administrative representation, collaborate on communications and outreach, and participate in community education. Senior-level hires will exercise greater leadership and independence.

Provide high-level administrative and project coordination for the Executive Director, including calendar and inbox management, drafting correspondence and materials, supporting fundraising and board logistics, organizing travel and meetings, handling expense and invoicing tasks, and maintaining confidentiality while collaborating across teams in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

One- to two-year full-time postgraduate legal fellowship placing law students or recent graduates in advocacy teams (Democracy, Housing, Immigrant Justice, Workers Rights). Fellows assist with litigation, policy advocacy, community education, client representation, coalition-building, and project-based work. Positions are hybrid (San Francisco office two days/week) and begin in Fall 2027; application requires letter, resume, transcript, writing sample, and references.

Lead and coordinate day-to-day nonprofit accounting operations, oversee monthly close, review external bookkeeping, manage grant and fund accounting, prepare financial reports and audit schedules, support budgeting and internal controls, and ensure compliance with GAAP and funder requirements.
