Leads the Workers’ Rights Program, managing attorneys and support staff while setting strategy for impact litigation, direct legal services, policy advocacy, and worker organizing. Builds partnerships with worker centers, community organizations, coalitions, government officials, and funders. Oversees program hiring, supervision, budgeting, fundraising support, community engagement, and long-term advocacy addressing immigrant and low-wage workers’ rights.

Leads local, state, and federal policy strategy and legislative advocacy for civil rights and economic equity priorities. Develops policy analyses, legislative materials, testimony, and advocacy strategies; manages coalitions and relationships with policymakers, agencies, and partners; ensures lobbying compliance; oversees department budgeting, staffing, training, and organizational policy capacity. Integrates policy work with litigation, communications, and community engagement while contributing to senior leadership and organizational strategy.

Lead and coordinate day-to-day nonprofit accounting operations, oversee monthly close, review external bookkeeping, manage grant and fund accounting, prepare financial reports and audit schedules, support budgeting and internal controls, and ensure compliance with GAAP and funder requirements.
