Leads the Workers’ Rights Program, managing attorneys and support staff while setting strategy for impact litigation, direct legal services, policy advocacy, and worker organizing. Builds partnerships with worker centers, community organizations, coalitions, government officials, and funders. Oversees program hiring, supervision, budgeting, fundraising support, community engagement, and long-term advocacy addressing immigrant and low-wage workers’ rights.

Provides client, legal, litigation, and administrative support to attorneys serving low-income immigrants and asylum seekers. Responsibilities include conducting client intakes, coordinating communications and evidence collection, drafting and proofreading legal documents, preparing court and agency filings, maintaining case records, supporting legal clinics, and contributing data for grant reports. The role requires strong communication, discretion, attention to detail, collaboration, and commitment to immigrant justice.

Supports attorneys through all stages of complex litigation, including case management, court filings, discovery, document review, trial and appellate preparation, legal research, cite-checking, client interviews, investigations, and deadline management. The role also maintains case records, coordinates interpreters, supports reporting and administrative tasks, and provides trauma-informed assistance to immigrant and underserved communities. Senior-level work requires leadership, independence, and occasional evening or weekend availability.
