Coordinate global mobilisation and demobilisation of offshore personnel, managing travel, visas, certifications, training, expenses, tax documentation, and CVs. Communicate with clients and offshore staff, ensure compliance and renewals, and participate in an on‑call rota.

Assemble, install and test mechanical equipment per engineering drawings; use hand and power tools and precision measuring instruments; identify and resolve defects; support apprentices; maintain a safe, organised workshop following 5S and HSEQ procedures to meet offshore project deadlines.
