Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop and yard; perform maintenance and refurbishment tasks; inspect and care for tools and equipment; follow health, safety, quality and environmental procedures; support the mechanical team with practical, hands-on duties.

Provide administrative support for business applications (primarily Oracle NetSuite): manage user accounts, handle and categorise support requests, produce support performance reports, raise IT purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, assist testing and releases, maintain documentation and project plans, and provide first-line user support and escalation tracking.

Manage offshore subsea decommissioning projects from award to close-out, leading cross-functional teams, budgets, schedules, risk and stakeholder communications to ensure safe, on-time, and profitable delivery.
