Manage multiple complex engineering and offshore projects from contract award through completion. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk and change control, client and supplier coordination, equipment mobilisation, testing, logistics, documentation, governance, and project reporting. The role also supports tenders, technical proposals, continuous improvement, and team development while ensuring safe, timely, compliant, and profitable delivery.

Leads negotiation, drafting, review, and execution of complex customer and supplier contracts. Advises senior stakeholders on contractual risk, governance, and commercial strategy while supporting tenders, business development, project delivery, and operations. Manages framework and master service agreements, improves commercial performance, promotes contract management best practices, and contributes to dispute avoidance and claims management across an international business.

Provide administrative support for business applications (primarily Oracle NetSuite): manage user accounts, handle and categorise support requests, produce support performance reports, raise IT purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, assist testing and releases, maintain documentation and project plans, and provide first-line user support and escalation tracking.
