Part-time internship supporting Europe fundraising: conduct prospect research, manage leads in Planner/Salesforce, help prepare proposals and donor materials, coordinate meetings and follow-ups, support internal tracking and communication, and assist senior leaders with donor engagement processes.

Support global and ASPIRe finance operations: prepare partnership reports; support budget planning, monthly finance reviews and budget vs. actual; conduct reconciliations; manage vendor payments and reimbursements; handle cash requests, FTA processes, job requisitions, MOUs, and monthly/annual NetSuite bookkeeping for Ashoka Indonesia. Also contribute to team meetings and non-ASPIRe NetSuite support.
