Conduct outbound prospecting, qualify business accounts, schedule appointments for National Account Directors, maintain customer records, follow up with leads, communicate company offerings, and meet quarterly appointment and sales quotas. The role requires strong questioning, listening, organization, time management, and phone-based selling skills, along with the ability to understand the pharmaceutical industry and comply with HIPAA requirements.

Coordinates pharmaceutical and pharmacy programs from onboarding through execution, managing timelines, meetings, trackers, data changes, business reviews, reporting, compliance, and stakeholder deliverables. Reviews dashboards, KPIs, trending data, and quality requirements while supporting pharmacy security reviews and manufacturer agreements. Requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, Excel and Access proficiency, pharmacy technician registration or licensure where applicable, and pharmaceutical or pharmacy experience.
