Provide commercial legal support to U.S. insurance and reinsurance businesses. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and reinsurance agreements, advise on claims and coverage issues, manage outside counsel, support finance and strategic transactions, and partner with business stakeholders across underwriting, programs, and operations.

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for underwriting and claims roles, partnering with HRBPs and business leaders to design sourcing strategies, manage candidate experience, champion DEI, leverage recruitment technology and analytics, advise on hiring decisions, ensure compliance, and promote employer brand at events.

Provide day-to-day actuarial pricing support to underwriting teams, maintain and validate rating tools, rebuild models in hx Renew using Python, produce portfolio and regulatory reporting (PMDR, Actuarial Function Report), and support a multi-year pricing transformation while progressing toward actuarial qualifications.
