Leads the U.S. Claims organization’s strategy, operations, transformation, TPA governance, alternative risk claims, quality assurance, and operational excellence. Develops operating models, automation initiatives, performance metrics, and governance frameworks while overseeing programs, captives, vendors, and external claims partners. Advises the Chief Claims Officer, drives cross-functional execution, manages organizational change, and develops high-performing teams to improve claims quality, customer outcomes, profitability, and efficiency.

Provides front-of-house reception and administrative support, including greeting visitors, managing calls, coordinating meeting rooms and refreshments, arranging couriers, taxis, lunches, and travel, processing petty cash, distributing post, maintaining office supplies, and assisting Facilities with office-related issues.

Supports underwriting and operations workflows by preparing renewals, clearing submissions, processing dead accounts, performing quality checks, filing correspondence, and entering, analyzing, and validating data. Collaborates with underwriting teams and Operations Technical Specialists, assists with special projects, and completes additional assignments while maintaining accuracy, organization, and timely delivery.
