Underwrite Inland Marine business to achieve profitable growth through retail and wholesale broker distribution. Independently select risks, set pricing and program structure, manage portfolio performance, assess engineering/risk quality, implement reinsurance actions, adhere to CAT guidelines, and deepen broker relationships through marketing and in-person engagement.

Lead and manage Financial Institutions claims and a small team, overseeing investigations, analysis, coverage determinations, reserving, litigation strategy, and vendor/counsel management. Collaborate with underwriting, brokers, insureds, and internal partners, produce reports on exposure and loss development, maintain claims files, monitor market and legal trends, obtain adjuster licenses, travel for mediations/trials/conferences, and contribute to Financial Lines claims strategy and marketing.

Manage and investigate Management Liability claims (D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Commercial Crime), analyze exposures, prepare reports, coordinate with underwriting, brokers, insureds and outside counsel, draft coverage correspondence, maintain files, obtain adjuster licenses, attend mediations/trials, and support Financial Lines claims initiatives and strategic projects.
