The Business Systems Analyst bridges business stakeholders and technology teams to define requirements, improve insurance operations, support product and system enhancements, and resolve complex data and system issues. Responsibilities include requirements elicitation, user story and acceptance criteria development, Agile ceremonies, data reconciliation, testing, process improvement, documentation, training, and change management. The role requires P&C insurance knowledge, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and at least three years of business analysis experience.

Leads responsible AI adoption across U.S. operations, identifying opportunities, developing roadmaps, and delivering AI solutions from concept through adoption. Partners with business, technology, data teams, and external vendors across underwriting, claims, policy, actuarial, finance, and operations. Builds business cases, manages governance, drives process redesign and change management, and promotes AI literacy and user adoption while ensuring alignment with business value, risk, compliance, and organizational objectives.
