Provides programmatic and data support for continuing education and accreditation activities. Responsibilities include analyzing qualitative and quantitative learner data, preparing summaries and visualizations, maintaining compliance documentation and tracking systems, supporting ACCME requirements, evaluating healthcare company information, coding survey feedback, identifying educational trends, and using AI tools to improve data workflows. The role also supports customer service, team projects, scientific verification, and accreditation compliance.

Lead ASCO and Conquer Cancer brand strategy, positioning, guidelines, storytelling, and creative standards across digital and print channels. Partner with marketing, content, IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders to guide campaigns, review assets, manage brand templates and digital assets, conduct compliance audits, and support ethical generative AI use. Direct external creative partners and promote consistent brand adoption across the organization.

Coordinate production and publication of scientific meeting abstracts: manage schedules, vendor deliverables, content formatting and QC, embargoed releases, change requests, and stakeholder communications while maintaining process documentation and driving process improvements.

Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable batch and streaming data pipelines across GCP, AWS, and Azure. Build production-grade Python data products, AI/ML, RAG, vector database, and agentic workflows; establish MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD, containerization, observability, governance, and security practices. Optimize platform performance and cloud costs, resolve incidents, translate business strategy into technical solutions, set engineering standards, and mentor data engineers through hands-on coding.
