Coordinate production and publication of scientific meeting abstracts: manage schedules, vendor deliverables, content formatting and QC, embargoed releases, change requests, and stakeholder communications while maintaining process documentation and driving process improvements.

Support development and execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns for ASCO products and services. Create and QA multi-channel content (email, web, social, ads, print), coordinate with stakeholders and external agencies, track and analyze campaign performance, manage budgets and invoices, and serve as backup to department leaders to ensure timely delivery of assets.

Lead enterprise content strategy and brand management to elevate ASCO and Conquer Cancer. Oversee content governance, DAMS adoption, creative operations, visual storytelling, budget and agency relationships, and supervise a content and brand team while ensuring compliance, SEO alignment, and cross-channel distribution to increase reputation, member engagement, and philanthropic impact.

Create integrated multimedia content packages—short-form copy, graphics, and video—for ASCO and Conquer Cancer across social, email, web, and ads. Partner with strategists and stakeholders to translate plans into assets, draft and edit brand-aligned copy that simplifies scientific concepts, record/edit video, manage assets in DAMS, provide vendor feedback, and use approved AI and workflow tools to meet rapid timelines and maximize engagement.

Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable batch and streaming data pipelines across GCP, AWS, and Azure. Build production-grade Python data products, AI/ML, RAG, vector database, and agentic workflows; establish MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD, containerization, observability, governance, and security practices. Optimize platform performance and cloud costs, resolve incidents, translate business strategy into technical solutions, set engineering standards, and mentor data engineers through hands-on coding.

Leads the design and execution of oncology clinical practice guidelines and systematic literature reviews. Provides methodological expertise to multidisciplinary expert panels, manages evidence synthesis and technical document reviews, implements digital guideline and AI-assisted research tools, and develops clinical tools and informatics resources. Drives quality improvement, standardization, dissemination, and implementation initiatives while presenting complex scientific findings to governance stakeholders.

Researches, writes, edits, and manages patient-facing and scientific healthcare content, including cancer research summaries and press releases. Oversees editorial reviews, coordinates expert volunteers and external partners, ensures plain-language accessibility and SEO quality, manages freelance writers and vendors, and supports crisis communications and content initiatives with the American Cancer Society.

Coordinates daily web operations for ASCO.org and Conquer.org, including landing page development, content updates, editorial calendars, multimedia content, analytics reporting, accessibility initiatives, user testing, and SEO/GEO optimization. The role collaborates with marketing, communications, IT, and research teams; documents bugs and feature requests; supports web development planning; and helps improve digital user experience. Occasional evening and weekend work is required.

Lead product definition and backlog prioritization for Oracle Cloud financial systems supporting Accounting, Grants/PGM, O2C, P2P, Financial Close, and Budgeting. Drive quarterly upgrades, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, define user stories and acceptance criteria, support UAT and release planning, and measure ROI, audit readiness, and reporting accuracy using Scaled Agile practices.

Manage and administer ASCO Certification Programs, providing customer support, processing applications and payments, maintaining portal content (ARMATURE), conducting data analysis and outreach, coordinating meetings and trainings, managing financials and budgets, and implementing process improvements to enhance certification operations and customer experience.

Lead planning and execution of a portfolio of Foundation and ASCO events including budgets, contracts, venue and vendor selection, logistics, registration, travel administration, speaker and donor coordination, onsite staffing, and program development to deliver excellent stakeholder experiences.
