Drive quarterly upgrades, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, define user stories and acceptance criteria, support UAT and release planning, and measure ROI, audit readiness, and reporting accuracy using Scaled Agile practices.

Serve as the product owner and functional architect for Adobe Commerce (Magento), prioritizing backlog, ensuring native-first implementations, maintaining backlog metadata integrity, coordinating PI planning and squad ceremonies, managing releases, monitoring security/patches, and aligning stakeholders to deliver scalable e-commerce value for B2C, B2B, and donor audiences.

Provide HR operational, administrative, and financial support including coordinating workflows, budget tracking, contract administration, expense reconciliation, maintaining HR resources and Workday portals, responding to routine HR inquiries, scheduling and meeting support, and performing assigned projects to ensure efficient HR service delivery.
