Own product workflows end to end, from customer discovery and roadmap prioritization through software delivery, rollout, and outcomes. Partner with engineering, design, product operations, forward-deployed engineers, and implementation teams to replace manual healthcare processes with scalable products. Build and own full-stack product features for a healthcare AI platform. Develop user-facing applications with React and TypeScript, backend services with Python and FastAPI, and data infrastructure using PostgreSQL. Collaborate across product, design, and engineering; improve testing, CI/CD, observability, and engineering practices. The role also involves designing AI agents, working in regulated environments, and contributing in an autonomous early-stage startup.

Own customer deployments from workflow discovery through production. Build integrations with EHRs, payer portals, fax, EDI, and document systems; configure AI agents; debug full-stack production issues; and translate customer needs into software specifications. Work directly with healthcare operations teams and contribute reusable patterns to product and platform teams. Occasional travel to customer sites is required.

Leads a team of 10–12 Partner Operations Associates and Senior Associates supporting healthcare payer operations. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, performance management, onboarding, workforce scheduling, quality and productivity monitoring, operational risk escalation, change management, and employee development. Maintains a limited personal caseload to stay current with prior authorization workflows and payer changes while partnering with operations leadership to improve customer outcomes and team performance.
