Process high-volume prior authorizations for referrals, procedures, and pharmaceuticals; verify insurance and eligibility, gather documentation, submit requests, monitor outcomes, and resolve issues with providers, patients, insurers, and internal teams. Maintain accurate records, stay current on payer policies, and help teammates and product teams improve workflows as AI automation expands.

Own full-stack product features from design through production. Build React and TypeScript user experiences, Python and FastAPI backend services, and data infrastructure for a healthcare AI platform. Collaborate across product, design, and engineering; improve code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, and development practices. Operate production systems in GCP and contribute to technical direction in an autonomous, early-stage environment.

Own product workflows end to end, from customer discovery and roadmap prioritization through software delivery, rollout, and outcomes. Partner with engineering, design, product operations, forward-deployed engineers, and implementation teams to replace manual healthcare processes with scalable products. Define product requirements, acceptance criteria, human-in-the-loop capabilities, and customized versus standardized solutions. Prioritize prior authorization initially, using customer feedback and data to improve products and support future AI automation.
