The Business Analyst leads stakeholder workshops, analyzes complex business processes, and translates needs into functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. They collaborate with product, development, and QA teams; support backlog refinement, testing, UAT, client validation, and feedback triage; and provide readiness recommendations. The role also defines evaluation scenarios for AI-enabled functionality, assessing quality, consistency, explainability, guardrails, and human-review needs.

Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain production-quality C and C++ software in Linux environments. Own features from requirements through release, applying object-oriented design, multithreading, performance optimization, memory management, and software testing. Use tools including GCC, Clang, GDB, CMake, Valgrind, Git, Jenkins, and Python. Collaborate with QA, product, and project stakeholders while contributing to documentation, code reviews, static analysis, and CI/CD automation.

Lead end-to-end program management for a manufacturing transformation: plan governance, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage senior stakeholders, track KPIs and value realization, run cadence and reporting, resolve dependencies, and sustain onsite/offshore delivery to achieve measurable business outcomes.
