Design and maintain conceptual, logical, physical, and semantic data models and architectures for enterprise analytics. Establish modeling standards, semantic layers, KPIs, and governed consumption patterns; partner with engineering, BI, governance, and business teams to implement scalable lakehouse and data warehouse solutions supporting reporting, self-service analytics, and AI/ML use cases.

Lead client workshops, translate product direction into functional requirements and user stories with testable acceptance criteria, maintain traceability, collaborate with distributed development and QA teams, drive UAT and validation, triage client feedback, and define evaluation scenarios for AI-assisted features to ensure product readiness and successful client enablement.

Lead end-to-end program management for a manufacturing transformation: plan governance, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage senior stakeholders, track KPIs and value realization, run cadence and reporting, resolve dependencies, and sustain onsite/offshore delivery to achieve measurable business outcomes.
