Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain production-quality C and C++ software in Linux environments. Own features from requirements through release, applying object-oriented design, multithreading, performance optimization, memory management, and software testing. Use tools including GCC, Clang, GDB, CMake, Valgrind, Git, Jenkins, and Python. Collaborate with QA, product, and project stakeholders while contributing to documentation, code reviews, static analysis, and CI/CD automation.

Owns enterprise BI reporting from stakeholder requirements through semantic modeling, SQL optimization, Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, governance, security, testing, and performance tuning. The role also supports Tableau development and administration, mentors junior developers, establishes BI standards, and documents architecture and data lineage.

Lead client workshops, translate product direction into functional requirements and user stories with testable acceptance criteria, maintain traceability, collaborate with distributed development and QA teams, drive UAT and validation, triage client feedback, and define evaluation scenarios for AI-assisted features to ensure product readiness and successful client enablement.
