Create, manage, and execute member-focused content across channels (social, email, web, print). Lead organic social strategy and reputation management, own email campaigns and A/B testing, maintain content calendar, collaborate with stakeholders, analyze performance, support product launches, community outreach, and ensure consistent brand voice and compliance.

Investigate, monitor, and resolve member fraud and dispute cases per regulations and card network rules. Process disputes, detect and mitigate fraudulent activity, support card compromise responses, escalate BSA/AML/OFAC issues, maintain documentation, prepare fraud reports, and educate staff and members on prevention.
