Leads project and programme management for high-rise and large-scale developments, overseeing feasibility, design coordination, tendering, construction delivery, project controls, budgets, contracts, risks, quality, safety, and stakeholder engagement. Drives digital construction technology adoption, commercial performance, issue resolution, and compliance. Builds and manages multidisciplinary teams across locations while developing client, consultant, contractor, and authority relationships.

Manage master construction programs and periodic schedules across design, tendering, procurement, and construction. Monitor contractor progress, resources, and equipment on site; update schedules and propose acceleration plans for delays and extension-of-time claims. Assist the project manager with monthly progress reports and documentation. The role requires strong civil construction knowledge, drawing review skills, reporting and communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Project, Word, and Excel.

Manage construction documents, drawings, sample boards, hard copies, contract records, invoices, payment trackers, goods received records, attendance, non-conformance reports, and progress-report support. Ensure documents are accurate, current, properly uploaded, and accessible to project teams. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, document management systems, and construction software.
