Coordinates PMO operations for IT work intake, tracking, Jira and Confluence administration, executive reporting, governance, documentation, meetings, communications, and onboarding. Maintains project data, workflows, dashboards, templates, risk registers, and delivery standards while supporting Agile teams. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, follow-through, and familiarity with project management processes, Microsoft 365, Agile delivery, software development lifecycles, and AI-assisted reporting.

Manages customers’ import/export brokerage and freight-forwarding shipments from quote through delivery. Evaluates routing, pricing, transit times, and carrier options; monitors shipment progress; resolves customs, regulatory, and delivery issues; prepares government documents and letters of credit; ensures accurate billing and records; supports account policies and compliance; and serves as the primary customer contact.

Manage customers’ import/export brokerage and freight forwarding engagements from shipment planning through final delivery. Evaluate routing, carrier, price, and transit options; monitor shipments; resolve disruptions; prepare customs and government documents; coordinate billing, pricing, credit, compliance, and records; and serve as the primary customer contact. The role requires knowledge of international logistics and customs processes, strong communication, organization, independent judgment, and occasional customer visits.
