Leads Ascent’s data practice, including DBAs, analysts, and engineers; owns the data roadmap, warehouse, Snowflake modeling, integrations, governance, reporting modernization, data quality, backup, retention, budget, and delivery standards. Partners with software teams, resolves complex data issues, supports customer-facing reporting, coaches staff, manages offshore teams, and introduces AI tools into development and delivery.

Own end-to-end service performance for a portfolio of key logistics accounts: manage SLAs/KPIs, run operational cadence, lead root-cause/CAPA, drive continuous improvement and cost-to-serve savings, maintain SOPs, deliver Power BI performance dashboards, and coordinate cross-functional execution among Operations, Control Tower, IT, and Finance.

The Account Manager oversees import/export brokerage and freight forwarding tasks, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction by managing shipments, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
