Responsibilities include security and AI governance, testing, monitoring, user training, adoption, documentation, and post-launch support.

Design and deploy ML and NLP models (including LLM evaluation) to predict borrower risk and property valuations, advise business teams, mentor junior analysts, and foster data-driven experimentation.

Lead Ascent’s capital markets and treasury strategy for a private lending platform. Responsibilities include sourcing institutional capital, structuring warehouse facilities and securitizations, managing whole-loan sales and participations, overseeing liquidity and cash forecasting, optimizing leverage and funding efficiency, managing hedging and asset-liability programs, maintaining investor and bank relationships, and building scalable capital markets infrastructure. The role also leads teams, coordinates with executives and cross-functional partners, and supports the platform’s transition to programmatic securitization.

Lead and mature cloud-first Microsoft-based IT operations: ensure reliability, security, and performance across infrastructure, endpoints, identity, collaboration, and service desk. Manage a small internal team and MSP, own budget and roadmap, oversee Intune, Entra ID, M365 administration, network modernization, backups/DR, vendor/contracts, SLAs, compliance (e.g., SOC 2), and continuous monitoring and automation to support company growth.
