Ensures FAA and company compliance, coordinates with Maintenance, Inspection, Sales, Operations, and HR, coaches planning staff, promotes safety, and drives productivity and cost improvements across Marana and Tucson facilities.

Supervise aircraft dismantling and reclamation operations while ensuring FAA, safety, quality, documentation, and company-policy compliance. Review schedules, labor estimates, tooling needs, and production records; assign work, resolve issues, and coordinate aircraft turnovers with customers and internal teams. Lead training, performance evaluations, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Support production-control or project-management duties and occasional off-site maintenance assignments. Work occurs in aircraft hangars, flightlines, and avionics shops with physical demands and industrial hazards.

Leads aircraft interior maintenance, including repairing, fabricating, installing, testing, and reworking cabin components. Ensures compliance with FAA regulations, technical data, safety policies, and quality standards. Coordinates work assignments, monitors progress, documents parts and labor, estimates non-preplanned maintenance, trains employees, and resolves work issues. Requires flexibility across Marana and Tucson locations and availability for varied shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Leads aircraft structures technicians in sheet metal inspection, fabrication, assembly, installation, repair, equipment maintenance, and documentation. Ensures work complies with technical manuals, FAA regulations, company procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements. Assigns tasks, approves materials, interprets blueprints and specifications, audits work records, and supports operational efficiency. The role requires flexibility across shifts, including nights, weekends, overtime, and potential work at Marana and Tucson locations.

Restores, repairs, tests, and installs aircraft cabin interiors and related equipment according to maintenance manuals, FAA regulations, and customer specifications. Duties include installing seats, carpeting, sidewalls, doors, windows, galleys, and passenger service units; reading technical drawings; measuring, drilling, riveting, trimming, and fabricating structural supports. The role requires documentation, equipment maintenance, safety compliance, shift flexibility, and work at Marana and Tucson facilities.
