Coordinates with customers and internal departments, maintains records, secures approvals, and ensures accurate regulatory paperwork. The role requires shift flexibility, work across Marana and Tucson, and hands-on activity in aircraft maintenance hangars and related work areas.

Leads aircraft quality control inspections in a high-volume MRO environment. Inspects aircraft parts, materials, installations, and maintenance work for airworthiness and regulatory compliance; reviews technical records, documents inspection results, approves or rejects components, conducts audits, trains inspectors, assigns daily work, resolves issues, and supports QC supervision. Requires flexibility across shifts, occasional temporary duty, and work at Marana and Tucson locations.

Coordinates non-destructive testing activities by scheduling qualified personnel, equipment, and materials; maintaining inspection, calibration, training, qualification, and certification records; supporting audits and corrective actions; and ensuring compliance with FAA, EASA, customer, and company requirements. Serves as a communication liaison among NDT personnel, production, quality, project teams, and customers in an aircraft maintenance hangar and flightline environment.

Leads aircraft interior maintenance, including repairing, fabricating, installing, testing, and reworking cabin components. Ensures compliance with FAA regulations, technical data, safety policies, and quality standards. Coordinates work assignments, monitors progress, documents parts and labor, estimates non-preplanned maintenance, trains employees, and resolves work issues. Requires flexibility across Marana and Tucson locations and availability for varied shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Leads aircraft structures technicians in sheet metal inspection, fabrication, assembly, installation, repair, equipment maintenance, and documentation. Ensures work complies with technical manuals, FAA regulations, company procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements. Assigns tasks, approves materials, interprets blueprints and specifications, audits work records, and supports operational efficiency. The role requires flexibility across shifts, including nights, weekends, overtime, and potential work at Marana and Tucson locations.

Restores, repairs, tests, and installs aircraft cabin interiors and related equipment according to maintenance manuals, FAA regulations, and customer specifications. Duties include installing seats, carpeting, sidewalls, doors, windows, galleys, and passenger service units; reading technical drawings; measuring, drilling, riveting, trimming, and fabricating structural supports.
