Coordinates non-destructive testing activities by scheduling qualified personnel, equipment, and materials; maintaining inspection, calibration, training, qualification, and certification records; supporting audits and corrective actions; and ensuring compliance with FAA, EASA, customer, and company requirements. Serves as a communication liaison among NDT personnel, production, quality, project teams, and customers in an aircraft maintenance hangar and flightline environment.

Coordinates aircraft maintenance event readiness by ensuring work packages, materials, parts, consumables, rotables, and tooling are procured, staged, and available before induction. Tracks orders, shortages, substitutions, vendor follow-ups, tooling compliance, and readiness dashboards. Participates in readiness meetings, verifies task-card requirements, escalates discrepancies, and supports post-check reviews, root-cause analysis, and process improvements across planning, purchasing, inventory, tooling, finance, contracts, and engineering.

Leads aviation MRO planning and production control, including aircraft maintenance scheduling, resource and staffing allocation, work-package documentation, critical-path planning, maintenance slot tracking, performance reporting, and workflow optimization. Ensures FAA and company compliance, coordinates with Maintenance, Inspection, Sales, Operations, and HR, coaches planning staff, promotes safety, and drives productivity and cost improvements across Marana and Tucson facilities.
