Directs planning, production control, and operational capacity for an aviation MRO business. Leads integrated schedules, resource and labor forecasting, aircraft turnaround targets, KPI tracking, workforce development, customer coordination, regulatory compliance, budgets, and continuous improvement. Partners cross-functionally to resolve bottlenecks, improve operational execution, manage financial performance, and ensure timely, cost-effective completion of aircraft work packages.

Coordinates aviation maintenance work cards, shift and day work boards, parts availability, workload planning, project sequencing, and shift handoffs. Supports communication among mechanics, inspectors, engineers, material management, vendors, and customers. Maintains work status, assists with customer work packages, orders replacement tools, documents training, and promotes safe working conditions. Requires flexibility across shifts and between Marana and Tucson locations.

Supervises aircraft structural modification and repair operations in compliance with FAA regulations, technical data, safety standards, and company policies. Reviews repair documentation, production schedules, labor requirements, tooling, and material needs. Leads personnel selection, training, coaching, evaluations, work assignments, and performance improvement. Coordinates with customers and internal departments, maintains records, secures approvals, and ensures accurate regulatory paperwork. The role requires shift flexibility, work across Marana and Tucson, and hands-on activity in aircraft maintenance hangars and related work areas.
