Develops community partnerships and referral relationships to increase behavioral health admissions and revenue. Executes growth strategies, meets sales targets, analyzes markets and competitors, educates community stakeholders, represents the treatment center at events, and collaborates with clinical and operations teams. Requires extensive regional travel and strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.

Coordinates front-office and facility operations, including visitors, calls, calendars, supplies, vendors, records, and administrative support. Supports employee onboarding, HR coordination, documentation tracking, credential renewals, personnel-file audits, and healthcare compliance readiness. Maintains confidentiality and helps ensure a professional, organized, safe, and survey-ready behavioral health facility.

Supports the Vice President of Operations by coordinating cross-functional operational projects, facility openings, transitions, process improvements, and implementation initiatives. Develops project plans, SOPs, workflows, dashboards, reports, and executive summaries. Analyzes operational and compliance data, supports regulatory readiness and submissions, tracks corrective actions, and helps teams adopt new processes. The role requires strong organization, communication, Excel, project management, and problem-solving skills in a remote behavioral health environment.

Develop regional referral partnerships and business development strategies for a substance use disorder treatment center. Build relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, community organizations, employers, and other referral sources; conduct outreach, presentations, networking, and educational events; monitor market and referral trends; track business development metrics; and collaborate with admissions, clinical, medical, operations, and executive teams to support admissions growth and community access to treatment.

Lead regional referral development and market growth to drive admissions for a new substance use disorder treatment center.
