Develop and manage a comprehensive alumni program to support patients in long-term recovery. Drive post-discharge outreach, facilitate alumni groups and peer mentorship, coordinate events, track engagement and outcomes, ensure clinical collaboration and compliance (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2), and support community partnerships and referral pipelines.

Lead regional referral development and market growth to drive admissions for a new substance use disorder treatment center. Build strategic partnerships, represent the organization at events, collaborate with admissions and clinical teams, track pipeline and metrics, and support expansion initiatives while traveling regionally.

Provide direct patient care for individuals in detoxification and residential substance use treatment: administer medications, monitor and assess patients, assist with admissions and nursing assessments, document care in the electronic record, respond to medical emergencies, provide patient education, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a trauma-informed therapeutic environment.
