Provides licensed practical nursing care in a 40-bed senior living facility. Responsibilities include care planning, medication administration records, treatment documentation, lab monitoring, physician orders, resident assessments, daily rounds, environmental awareness, and reporting significant condition changes to physicians. The role is full-time on the night shift and requires a Maryland LPN license and CPR certification.

Provides individualized nursing care to senior residents on a full-time night shift. Responsibilities include assessing residents, completing admissions paperwork, administering medications and treatments, communicating status changes to physicians and families, transcribing orders, and guiding CNAs and LPNs while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Provides evidence-based clinical education to RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary staff; develops professional development plans, evaluates educational programs, supports performance improvement, and collaborates on clinical initiatives. Serves as the community’s Infection Preventionist and advocates for nursing education and best practices. Requires Pennsylvania RN licensure, BSN, and clinical and teaching experience.
