Manage and train wellness staff to deliver resident-centered care, create schedules, supervise medication distribution and med cart compliance, ensure regulatory adherence, oversee resident wellness, and support staff onboarding and ongoing training.

Provide overnight supervisory nursing care including resident assessments, EHR oversight, admissions coordination, medication/treatment guidance, and physician notification to ensure 24-hour continuity of care.

Provide individualized nursing care to residents, administer medications and treatments, complete admissions and nursing assessments, transcribe and follow physician orders, notify physicians/responsible parties of status changes, and provide leadership to CNAs and LPNs while ensuring regulatory compliance.
