Generate and qualify pipeline within the post-acute care ecosystem through multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events), engage prospects consultatively, maintain CRM data, schedule meetings for Account Executives, refine outreach playbooks, and represent the company at industry events.

Lead and build the QA function: define QA strategy, design scalable automation frameworks, embed shift-left practices, own CI/CD quality gates, lead test automation (E2E, API, integration), oversee defect lifecycle, performance/load/security testing, and hire/mentor the QA team to ensure platform reliability.

Lead strategic relationships with Arya's largest enterprise customers to design, implement, and scale AI-driven digital agents. Create AI success roadmaps, measure ROI, run executive business reviews, guide deployments, translate customer needs to Product/Engineering, and drive adoption, expansion, and enterprise-level change management.
