We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help fuel Arya’s growth by generating high-quality pipeline and engaging prospective customers across the post-acute healthcare ecosystem. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our Head of Growth and Account Executives to refine and scale our sales development playbook in a high-velocity, AI-native environment.

What You’ll DoDrive Pipeline Generation
  • Source and engage high-potential prospects within the post-acute care ecosystem

  • Identify and qualify franchise operators, independent providers, and healthcare leaders

  • Generate curiosity by clearly articulating Arya’s value proposition

Execute Multi-Channel Outreach
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies via email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person industry events

  • Personalize messaging to resonate with frontline operators and executive stakeholders

  • Schedule and qualify meetings for Account Executives

Act as a Consultative Partner
  • Engage prospects thoughtfully, fielding questions and addressing objections

  • Build trust with potential customers by understanding operational challenges

  • Ensure seamless handoffs to Account Executives once opportunities are qualified

Scale What Works
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline data in CRM systems

  • Continuously refine outreach strategies and messaging

  • Become an expert in Arya’s product, competitive positioning, and industry trends

  • Represent Arya at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

What Early Success Looks LikeBy Day 15

You are fully onboarded with the tools, systems, and context needed to succeed. You understand Arya’s mission, values, customers, and product. You’ve completed training in sales development fundamentals and have begun outreach using Arya’s playbooks.

By Day 30

You’ve significantly scaled your outreach activity and generated your first qualified meetings. You are building confidence engaging prospects and refining your messaging.

By Day 60

You’ve made the role your own. You’re identifying opportunities to improve playbooks and processes, resulting in increased pipeline, more meetings, and stronger prospective customers for the business.

What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (SaaS preferred)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time-management abilities
