Lead government affairs and political engagement for Germany and Europe. Build relationships with decision-makers across government, military, parliament, and EU institutions; represent the company in industry associations; develop policy narratives, position papers, and leadership briefings; monitor defense policy, legislation, and funding; and advise senior leadership on strategic government relations.

Leads end-to-end strategic programs involving autonomous defense systems, coordinating engineering, operations, business development, product teams, customers, and partners. Manages timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, communication, stakeholder relationships, proposals, bids, contracts, and system deployments while improving scalable program management practices.

Design and develop mechanical assemblies and components throughout the full R&D lifecycle, including concept development, 3D modeling, prototyping, testing, design reviews, documentation, and production readiness. The role requires hands-on experience with 3D printing, manufacturing processes, mechanics, materials, tolerances, ISO standards, and GD&T. Engineers independently drive projects while collaborating with international teams developing autonomous systems and sensors for defense and first-responder applications.
