Build and lead a global People Analytics capability, establishing data standards, KPIs, dashboards, governance, and self-service insights. Support HRIS transformation by defining analytics and data requirements, apply AI and automation to optimize HR processes, and deliver predictive workforce insights. Partner with senior stakeholders on talent, retention, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, data privacy, and responsible AI use.

Develop and maintain software for autonomous ground systems, including firmware flashing, configuration, troubleshooting, bug fixes, optimizations, and new functionality. Provide onsite and remote technical support, train users, document solutions, and collaborate with hardware, customer operations, and engineering teams. Travel to user locations across Ukraine for system setup, maintenance, and issue resolution.

Lead safety and reliability engineering for autonomous ground systems. The role includes conducting FMEA and FTA analyses, defining and tracing safety requirements, leading safety reviews, identifying failure modes, developing mitigations, analyzing field and performance data, creating maintenance strategies, and driving root-cause investigations and corrective actions. The engineer will collaborate across systems, hardware, and software teams while applying safety standards to mission-critical products.
