Conduct outbound calling to engage new and existing business customers nationwide for answering services. Identify and qualify leads via prospecting, networking, and cold calling. Track activity in CRM, follow up on inquiries, meet KPIs with Sales Manager, and occasionally assist with customer training and onboarding. Travel occasionally as needed.
