Leads Salesforce architecture, development, administration, integrations, governance, DevOps, and production support across multiple Salesforce Clouds. Develops CPQ models, OmniStudio experiences, Apex, triggers, Lightning Web Components, REST and MuleSoft integrations, and AI capabilities. Oversees deployments, security, configuration, documentation, platform roadmaps, user management, and system scalability. Mentors junior administrators and translates telecommunications business requirements into technical solutions.

Supports new and existing answering-solutions clients by programming, testing, and maintaining account software; handling scheduling, reports, system maintenance, and troubleshooting. Trains clients on scheduling software, implements account changes, coordinates with internal sales teams, and participates in call-volume coverage or an after-hours on-call rotation. Provides professional client support to maintain satisfaction and exceed expectations.

Conduct outbound sales to new and existing business customers nationwide, using networking, prospecting, cold calling, and follow-up to promote professional answering services. Track sales activity in the CRM, meet KPIs, coordinate with the Sales Manager, and occasionally support customer training during onboarding.
