Manage programme commercial and financial activities: prepare quotations, maintain cost & price spreadsheets, negotiate with customers, report programme financial status, support RFQ responses, lead cross-functional meetings, and improve costing/quotation processes.

Manage and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team, oversee activities related to NPI delivery, quality, safety, and compliance while ensuring continuous improvement and team capability.

Develop and implement a new product development methodology for Artifex Interior Systems, ensuring quality and profitability while aligning with business needs. Collaborate across teams and manage stakeholders to establish coherent plans and training programs.

Provide front-desk and daytime security support for the plant: manage visitor bookings, CCTV/ANPR access, access cards, phones, and reception appearance. Provide administrative support to plant departments including raising purchase orders, booking in orders, auditing temporary workforce invoices, maintaining budget trackers, organizing occupational health bookings, liaising with security and facilities, supporting HSE processes, and coordinating fire evacuation and drug/alcohol testing logistics.

First-line IT support role providing incident/request management, troubleshooting of hardware, software and network issues, user access and onboarding, asset and change management, knowledge base upkeep, vendor collaboration, and root-cause/problem management to ensure timely resolution and consistent service.

Manage material supply chain for new product introductions: align procurement, engineering, and production; maintain BoMs/part master data; create PFEPs; schedule pre-production builds; monitor shipments, stock and risks; support logistics manager and programme teams to minimize inventory impact and ensure on-time launches.
