Lead automotive manufacturing projects from quotation through launch, coordinating new product introductions, tooling and equipment installation, capability studies, production trials, documentation, quality investigations, design-for-manufacture, costing, engineering changes, and continuous improvement. The role partners with engineering, operations, quality, commercial teams, and suppliers to deliver manufacturing processes on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

Lead quality activities across the automotive product lifecycle, from new product introduction through end of life. Resolve customer concerns using 8D and structured problem-solving, manage APQP, PPAP, ISIR, PFMEA, control plans, audits, measurement systems, and quality KPIs. Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and production teams to improve quality, support launches, monitor warranty performance, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement.

Leads the Business Management team and oversees financial performance across customer programmes. Manages budgets, forecasts, pricing, investment, engineering costs, financial reporting, commercial negotiations, RFQ responses, and change management. Builds customer and stakeholder relationships while supporting programme planning, strategic growth, accountability, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
