Owns human factors engineering and usability activities for medical devices and connected clinical software, including user needs, task analysis, use-related risk management, formative and summative studies, usability validation, regulatory submissions, and post-market follow-up. Design, build, test, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs using Go. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and performant software. Apply modern technologies and AI-assisted development practices while critically validating generated code. Identify code smells, edge cases, architectural inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks, and contribute to planning and prioritizing software development work.

As an AI Engineer NLP, you will design and deploy NLP systems, bridging ML and backend platforms, ensuring performance and regulatory compliance.

Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations across HQ and subsidiaries, lead monthly/quarterly/year-end closings, prepare management reports and KPIs, support budgeting, cash flow and forecasts, coordinate intercompany accounting, ensure tax and statutory compliance, support audits and payroll accounting, improve finance processes and internal controls, and contribute to Odoo ERP implementation and finance business support.

Plan, execute, and document software verification, regression, and system testing for a medical device. Develop test strategies, automated script-based tests, and maintain traceability to requirements. Support regulatory compliance (including FDA), produce release/compliance documentation, and collaborate with software, mechatronics, validation, and production teams to resolve anomalies and improve test automation and processes.
