Lead SG&A forecasting, headcount planning, and budgeting. Partner cross-functionally to deliver forecasts, variance analysis, margin and inventory planning, and ad hoc financial modeling to inform strategic decisions and improve processes.

Own and run Article's global compensation and benefits programs: lead annual compensation cycle, salary benchmarking, job architecture, and pay equity reporting; design and negotiate benefits plans with brokers/vendors; manage HRIS job catalogue (HiBob) and compensation data; build people analytics dashboards and advise leaders on total rewards strategy across multiple countries and employee populations.

Serve as a strategic HR partner for Customer Care, Logistics, and Retail: support frontline employees and managers, handle employee relations and investigations, coach on performance and talent development, lead workforce planning and change initiatives, and use people data to inform decisions. Travel to sites quarterly and to HQ periodically.

Provide commercial, business-focused legal support across Canadian and U.S. operations. Advise internal teams on commercial, operational, and risk matters; draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements; manage external counsel; and partner with Head of Legal to enable scalable, legally sound business decisions while mitigating risk.
