Designs and maintains scalable data engineering solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL, Power BI, and Azure data services. Responsibilities include database modeling and optimization, ETL/ELT pipeline development, reporting and semantic modeling, data integration, governance, security, troubleshooting, and operational support. The role also prepares datasets and develops pipelines supporting AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and generative AI workloads while collaborating with application, analytics, and client stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end technical recruitment: source candidates, screen for technical and cultural fit, coordinate interviews, partner with hiring managers, and support offers and onboarding.

Design, build, and support secure, scalable AI-enabled enterprise applications on the Microsoft stack. Implement full stack features, integrate Azure AI capabilities (RAG, embeddings, LLMs), apply prompt engineering and responsible AI patterns, manage CI/CD and Azure DevOps workflows, optimize databases, troubleshoot production issues, produce technical documentation, participate in Agile delivery, and mentor junior developers while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver business-aligned solutions.
