Leads global IT and digital transformation across distributed manufacturing locations. Oversees ERP modernization, enterprise data platforms, analytics, business applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, governance, vendor relationships, and technology operating models. Coordinates internal teams and external providers, establishes standards, improves reporting and integration, strengthens resilience, and aligns technology investments with operational and financial objectives. Provides leadership and development for enterprise systems, data, analytics, infrastructure, and transformation capabilities.

Leads the Quality Department across quality engineering, supplier and customer quality, inspection, metrology, QMS, audits, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Oversees ISO, IATF, AS9100, AS9102, ITAR, and customer requirements; manages corrective actions, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and First Article Inspections. Directs quality personnel, supplier performance, customer escalations, calibration programs, nonconforming material, audit readiness, and manufacturing quality support while reducing defects, scrap, rework, and quality costs.

Leads strategic B2B account development and profitable growth for electrical and private-label products. Owns complex corporate relationships, develops market penetration and account plans, conducts market and competitive analysis, negotiates technical-commercial solutions, and delivers executive presentations. Collaborates with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain on product solutions, pricing, forecasting, implementation, and customer growth. The hybrid role requires residence near Raleigh/Garner, North Carolina, and approximately 20–30% travel.
