Directs quality personnel, supplier performance, customer escalations, calibration programs, nonconforming material, audit readiness, and manufacturing quality support while reducing defects, scrap, rework, and quality costs.

Leads strategic B2B account development and profitable growth for electrical and private-label products. Owns complex corporate relationships, develops market penetration and account plans, conducts market and competitive analysis, negotiates technical-commercial solutions, and delivers executive presentations. Collaborates with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain on product solutions, pricing, forecasting, implementation, and customer growth. The hybrid role requires residence near Raleigh/Garner, North Carolina, and approximately 20–30% travel.

Leads profitable revenue growth across North America by managing strategic industrial accounts, developing new business, and maintaining a qualified sales pipeline. Oversees RFQs, quotations, pricing, negotiations, forecasts, and commercial proposals while coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, finance, quality, operations, and supply chain teams. Supports order fulfillment, product commercialization, customer issue resolution, and executive reporting. Requires periodic travel to customer and manufacturing locations.
