Supervises transportation reload operations, including yard staffing, scheduling, training, equipment maintenance, safety compliance, customer communication, inventory reconciliation, documentation, and accident investigations. The role manages employees and resources to meet customer and maintenance commitments while improving safety, productivity, compliance, and cost efficiency across truck, rail, and yard services.

Assists daily composting facility operations through yard maintenance, equipment cleaning, site cleanup, inventory management, traffic direction, and support for machine operators. Follows safety and environmental compliance procedures, reports hazards or equipment issues, maintains records, and supports changing operational priorities. The role requires outdoor physical work, dependable teamwork, and willingness to obtain equipment training and First Aid certification.
