Supports game design pre-production by scheduling play sessions, coordinating math feedback, running design and math reviews, tracking schedules and risks, maintaining documentation, and following up on cross-functional tasks. Works with the Senior Producer to keep games progressing through the development pipeline, improve production processes, and maintain alignment across creative and technical teams.

Operate and program a cutter according to manufacturing and customer specifications. Make precise cuts, sort products into trays by serial number, verify paperwork, inspect for quality issues, report inconsistencies, and maintain a clean work area. The role requires following written and verbal instructions, standing and walking throughout the shift, lifting materials, working in a fast-paced environment, and being available for overtime.

Analyze game mathematics, simulations, live performance, and player-session data to guide game design decisions. Own data quality and performance metrics, build maintainable analysis tools and simulations using AI coding tools, document workflows, and present actionable recommendations. Collaborate with game design leaders and producers across global studios to roadmap and track analytical initiatives.
