Leads enterprise compensation strategy, job architecture, pay structures, market benchmarking, pay equity, merit and bonus cycles, executive compensation, commission plans, and compensation budgeting. Partners with Finance, HR, executives, and managers on pay decisions, compliance, forecasting, benefits, and talent strategies. Oversees compensation professionals, data security, compensation technology, and communication of pay programs.

The Account Executive will focus primarily on new business development while maintaining existing accounts. Responsibilities include building relationships with local organizations, promoting charitable gaming products, increasing revenue and member engagement, training customers on compliant gaming operations, analyzing performance, and supporting reporting and regulatory adherence. The role requires strong communication, independent problem-solving, relationship-building, and willingness to work with veteran and fraternal organizations.

Processes invoices, check requests, check runs, and ACH payments; reconciles vendor statements; resolves discrepancies; matches purchase orders; maintains vendor tax information; responds to vendor inquiries; and supports accounting operations. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, organizational ability, and basic accounts receivable and data-entry knowledge.
