Owns and develops business-critical finance applications, initially Stavpay and Kyriba. Responsibilities include application roadmaps, enhancements, incident and change management, releases, UAT, integrations, vendor coordination, access controls, segregation of duties, audit trails, and governance. The role partners with Finance, Fund Operations, Treasury, Technology, service desk, support teams, and external vendors to ensure reliable, secure, controlled, and fit-for-purpose systems.

Own the data program plan, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery cadence. Translate business priorities into actionable work across data platforms and products, coordinate suppliers and technical teams, monitor SLAs and blockers, and drive escalations. Build governance, reporting, and executive communications while improving throughput, cycle time, and the operating model for a newly established data function.

Owns AML/KYC due diligence, including CDD, EDD, UBO analysis, sanctions and PEP screening, risk assessments, monitoring, remediation, and regulatory reporting. The role also quality-checks Analysts’ work, provides guidance, supports compliance reviews and training, maintains policies and controls, and improves processes through technology and AI tools. It requires collaboration with internal teams and external counterparties while escalating complex financial crime risks.

Supports fund treasury operations across multiple funds by processing payments, maintaining cash and investment trackers, completing bank reconciliations, supporting cash-flow forecasting and liquidity reporting, managing FX records and treasury systems, and liaising with banks, custodians, fund accountants, and internal stakeholders. The role also includes mailbox management, documentation, issue follow-up, and broader operational administration.

Supports investor engagement, fundraising, due diligence, investor communications, reporting, and relationship management. The role prepares presentations, financial models, performance data, capital-raising materials, and quarterly reports; maintains CRM and investor databases; coordinates investor requests and meetings; and ensures regulatory and contractual compliance. It partners with marketing, operations, legal, compliance, and investment teams while gradually taking ownership of investor-related workstreams.

Lead AI, data, cloud, and SaaS architecture across AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks. Establish architecture standards and guardrails, guide engineering teams, and provide technical leadership for complex platforms, APIs, and integrations. Advise senior stakeholders on vendors, build-versus-buy decisions, and technology investments. Ensure secure, resilient, scalable, cost-effective solutions that meet financial services regulations, including DORA and the EU AI Act.

Conduct information security risk assessments, evaluate controls, produce reports and dashboards, track remediation, and escalate unresolved risks. Maintain the Group Information Security Risk Framework and apply ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, PCI DSS, and DORA standards. Support third-party security assurance, supplier due diligence, audits, questionnaires, governance reporting, and security awareness initiatives while collaborating with security, IT, risk, compliance, and audit stakeholders.

Manage day-to-day administration of fund leverage repo/warehouse facilities, coordinate drawdowns/repayments/interest, maintain covenant and reporting trackers, liaise with banks, Fund Finance, Servicers and Capital Markets, and help build systems to track accounting and financial data.

The Data Steward will oversee data management practices, document data lineage, establish data quality standards, and act as a liaison between technical and business teams.

Lead strategic capital planning and optimisation across third-party funds. Design and oversee financial models and performance frameworks, support fundraising and investor communications, present insights to executives, implement analytics tools, mentor junior staff, and drive process and operating improvements.

Lead design and delivery of Arrow's AI adoption programme: strategy, training (AI Academy), community of practice, governance, and communications. Recruit and manage a Programme Coordinator, build champions network, ensure EU AI Act compliance, run reporting and stakeholder engagement, and codify playbooks to embed AI capability across the organisation.

Own end-to-end technical delivery of SaaS implementations from deployment through adoption, coordinating clients, product, engineering and third parties. Manage plans, risks, integrations, testing, training and handover; use analytics to drive outcomes; produce executive reporting; codify playbooks and escalate with recommendations.

Support origination, structuring, underwriting and execution of European real estate lending transactions. Prepare financial models and investment memoranda, perform due diligence, negotiate documentation, coordinate internal and external advisors, monitor portfolio performance, conduct site visits, identify credit and legal risks, and contribute to underwriting templates and processes.

The Data Steward will document data lineage, ensure data quality, and collaborate with teams to manage and optimize data assets effectively.

The Data Engineer will build reusable Data Pipelines, manage data ingestion, work with cross-functional teams, and design solutions aligned to Data Architecture in Financial Services.
