Lead AI, data, cloud, and SaaS architecture across AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks. Establish architecture standards and guardrails, guide engineering teams, and provide technical leadership for complex platforms, APIs, and integrations. Support origination, structuring, underwriting and execution of European real estate lending transactions. Prepare financial models and investment memoranda, perform due diligence, negotiate documentation, coordinate internal and external advisors, monitor portfolio performance, conduct site visits, identify credit and legal risks, and contribute to underwriting templates and processes.
