Provide first-line HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, recordkeeping, payroll assistance, benefits administration, reporting, and case inbox management. Ensure data integrity, compliance, and timely responses while supporting continuous improvement and wider People team projects.

Senior portfolio leader overseeing CRE lending funds (~€3.9bn AUM). Provide top-down portfolio oversight, sign off on new deals, manage investor reporting and liquidity, coordinate with Asset Management, Risk, Fund Finance and servicing teams, present to Investment Committee and Board, design operational improvements, and apply AI/emerging tools to improve reporting and analysis.

Lead design and delivery of Arrow's AI adoption programme: strategy, training (AI Academy), community of practice, governance, and communications. Recruit and manage a Programme Coordinator, build champions network, ensure EU AI Act compliance, run reporting and stakeholder engagement, and codify playbooks to embed AI capability across the organisation.
