The Principal Mechanical Engineer develops next generation solar tracker products and leads design improvements, ensuring innovation meets customer needs. Responsibilities include product development, testing, mentoring junior engineers, and collaboration with management.

Manage product certifications and PV module mounting conformance for commercial solar tracker products. Coordinate testing with labs and module manufacturers, obtain certifications, maintain parts inventory and approvals in Salesforce, support cross-functional teams, attend standards meetings, perform site compliance evaluations, and communicate conformance status to customers.
