Teams at Array Technologies

Leads sustaining and new product mechanical engineering for tracker systems, including engineering changes, root-cause analysis, redesign, CAD modeling, FEA, DFMA, FMEA, validation testing, design documentation, supplier qualification, and stage-gate reviews. Coordinates cross-functional teams, manages product roadmaps, schedules, cost estimates, reliability and safety assessments, and travels to project sites, laboratories, and suppliers as needed.

Supports daily accounting activities, including recording invoices, expenses, and banking transactions; performing reconciliations and basic analysis; assisting with tax filings, month-end close, and audits; and maintaining accurate financial documentation. Works under supervision while supporting STI Spain and its subsidiaries.

Plans and executes risk-based internal audits and SOX compliance testing across financial, operational, compliance, and technology areas. Evaluates controls, documents workpapers, identifies risks and gaps, drafts audit reports, communicates findings, supports remediation, and partners with management and external auditors. The role also contributes to audit planning, risk assessments, process improvements, special projects, and advisory activities.
