Manage full-cycle recruiting across EMEA and LATAM for professional, technical, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, HR, and commercial roles. Partner with business leaders, develop sourcing strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, conduct interviews, advise on talent markets, ensure compliance, maintain recruiting data, support employer branding, and improve recruiting processes. The role requires fluent English and Spanish, international recruiting experience, and onsite work in Pamplona, Spain.

Leads HR business partnering across EMEA, aligning regional people strategies with global objectives. Implements corporate HR programs, supports workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention, develops organizational capability, advises senior leaders, manages employee relations, advances safety culture, and ensures compliance with local employment laws. Partners with HR centers of excellence and regional leaders on organizational effectiveness, succession planning, HR transformation, and employment-related risk mitigation.

Oversee daily environmental, health, and safety operations at a manufacturing facility. Conduct audits, inspections, accident investigations, root-cause analyses, and corrective-action tracking. Develop and deliver EHS training, maintain regulatory documentation, support workers’ compensation processes, and ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and company policies. The supervisor also leads on-site EHS technicians and collaborates with HR and leadership to promote continuous safety improvement.
