Teams at Array Technologies

Manage full lifecycle of commercial contracts by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements. Provide legal guidance, enforce standards, and support business needs.

Supports Sales by preparing RFP responses, proposals, quotations, and CRM updates. Coordinates with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, and other teams on complex change orders, utility-scale project quotations, inventory valuation, and customer requests. Maintains data integrity, manages priorities and deadlines, advises stakeholders, and facilitates cross-functional execution. Occasional travel and evening or weekend work may be required.

Develops Salesforce and business intelligence dashboards, reporting, and ad hoc analyses for sales and commercial excellence. Maintains CRM data quality, validates system enhancements, automates processes, and supports AI-driven tools. Partners with Sales Operations and cross-functional teams on recurring analytics, executive presentations, documentation, testing, and business reviews. Investigates complex data and process issues while supporting analytics-system transitions and operational decision-making.
