The Product Marketing & Growth Specialist will develop product messaging, create marketing materials, execute lead generation campaigns, manage external agencies, and utilize AI for optimization in a SaaS context.

Lead group consolidation and monthly reporting across multiple entities; supervise year-end audits; manage and develop the finance team; oversee cash flow, bank reconciliations, and treasury; ensure multi-country compliance (Egypt, UAE; KSA a plus); utilize AI applications and potentially Microsoft Dynamics 365; support acquisition-related accounting and telecom/digital industry needs.

Plan and run acquisition and retention strategies for VAS subscription products. Analyze market and customer data, run A/B tests, optimize campaigns, manage budgets, collaborate with product, design, content and sales, and report on KPIs to drive subscription growth and reduce churn.
