Serve as primary customer contact for inquiries and order management. Process orders in the ERP, coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Distribution, provide sales/finance administrative support, resolve issues, and identify process improvements to ensure timely, accurate order fulfilment and strong customer relationships.

Drive sales and market adoption of Aroa Biosurgery products within a defined territory by building relationships with surgeons, clinicians, hospitals and distributors. Provide in‑services, OR clinical support, product demonstrations, and education; manage territory planning, forecasting, CRM records, and sales reporting; identify new opportunities and relay field feedback to cross‑functional teams while ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance.

Provide high-level executive support to the CCO and GM US Commercial by managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, communications, and priorities. Prepare briefings and presentations, act as central contact for stakeholders, coordinate strategic projects, track milestones, and support leadership meetings and events. Serve as a proactive, trusted partner in a fast-paced commercial environment.
