Manage day-to-day site operations, supervise and develop staff (1-5 people), handle administrative paperwork and data collection, enforce quality standards, lead special projects, maintain client relations, and perform Office Services duties as needed.

Part-time, on-call office services role focused on mail and print: operate and maintain printers, perform finishing (cutting/binding/creasing), process and deliver mail/packages, and provide professional customer-facing support with attention to detail and urgency.

Perform office document processing tasks including prepping files, scanning documents, data entry, printing, and using inventory software to track documents. Maintain attention to detail, communicate issues, lift up to 25+ lbs, and support team as directed.

Sorts and delivers mail and packages throughout the facility, returns items to the mailroom, and maintains records. Requires frequent walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, basic computer use, punctuality, independent work, strong organization, and professional communication. Shift Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM.

Provide client-facing print and mail services: operate and maintain printers, process/deliver mail and packages, stock supplies, travel to client sites, and cross-train on office tasks while delivering high-energy, professional customer service.
