Develop and execute a firm-wide AI strategy, identify AI and automation opportunities, evaluate platforms and vendors, lead implementation, establish governance and responsible-use practices, drive adoption among attorneys and business teams, measure ROI, and advise leadership on emerging capabilities and risks.

Create and capture photography and short-form video at courthouses, trials, firm events, and case milestones. Manage social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels; write branded copy; edit digital assets; maintain content libraries and calendars; monitor trends; and rapidly collaborate with attorneys, leadership, and marketing to promote firm victories, culture, and community involvement.

Work with a Houston trial team to prepare complex civil cases from file to trial or settlement. Learn multi-jurisdictional law, draft motions/briefs/demand letters, lead depositions, manage client communications, hire experts, and attend trial as needed (2–4 times/year). Use Office 365 and modern legal tech to support caseloads and meet deadlines.

Conduct legal research and draft motions, responses, briefs, pleadings, and demand letters for Houston-based trial teams. Review case documents, learn jurisdictional rules, prepare trial briefs, and occasionally attend trial (2–4 times/year). Support civil litigation matters, draft complex legal documents, and collaborate with trial teams under variable hours.

Supports trial attorneys across complex plaintiff personal injury litigation in state and federal courts. Responsibilities include managing voluminous case files, assisting with discovery, motions, hearings, mediations, trials, and arbitrations; preparing legal documents and correspondence; organizing deposition and trial materials; requesting medical records; proofreading; and coordinating with litigation teams. The role requires independent case management, courtroom trial experience, strong communication, attention to detail, flexibility, and willingness to work extended hours and travel.

Support trial attorneys in complex plaintiff personal-injury litigation: manage voluminous cases, assist throughout discovery, motions, hearings, mediations and trials, prepare and proof legal documents, coordinate medical records and lienholders, and prioritize team workloads to meet firm/client needs.
